Pragati established in 2010

Pragati started its journey with our first project for current DHL-owned Blue Dart spanning 1,00,000 Sq ft. This project was one of the first Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouse in the national capital region. Following with other spaces developed for Cadbury.

2014

Proceeding through to 2014 gaining expertise

The proceeding years saw Pragati gain a strong foothold in the Warehouse Development Industry of India. Pragati has since built an experienced team of professionals with an excellent attrition for catering to the turnkey development of a warehouse. Rendering our services to develop logistics parks for clientele like Flipkart, Myntra, HSWC & Stellar.

2019

Successful JV with Morgan Stanley

In the following years, Pragati saw through the completion of multiple projects for many clients. This led to an interest from Morgan Stanley to join up with Pragati for an independent project in Delhi NCR, thereby developing Pragati One Logistics Park located at the junction of NH-48 and NH-71.

2020

Completion of 6 Mn Sq. Ft.

By 2020 Pragati completed and delivered 6 Million Sq. Ft. for multiple clients (Amazon, Flipkart, DHL, Stellar, Cadbury, Allcargo Logistics, Ecom Express). Expanding our vision across the different tiers of cities, we enabled targets to commence development in Tier II and Tier III cities.

2021

Providing turnkey solutions to MNCs

2014-2019 saw us create effective relationships with clients like Ecom Express, developing Ecom Express, Bilaspur, a 5,00,000 Sq Ft. warehouse as a turnkey solution (Land Acquisition, Leasing, Compliance & Construction). Adding to the success, we also developed 1.2 Million Sq. Ft. largest fulfilment centre for Amazon in India on NH-48 and a sorting centre in Manesar.

2022

Progressing with acquired capabilities

Added an additional 3 Million Sq. Ft. to the rapidly growing warehousing industry of India by the end of Q2 2022 with Pragati Farrukhnagar and Pragati Ludhiana Logistics Parks’. Pragati has thus acquired the capability of delivering over 5 Million Sq. Ft. Turnkey Development within the timeline of one year and setting an eventual target of delivering 20 Million Sq. Ft. by the end of 2025.

Col. Jitender Yadav

Founder

Lt. Col. Jitender Yadav, a former Indian Army officer, possesses exceptional knowledge and expertise in various fields including Business Development, Investor Relation Management, Land Evaluation, Consolidation, Compliance, and Leasing. After retiring voluntarily from the army in 2010, he ventured into the warehouse development industry and embarked on a new journey.
Thanks to his leadership, Pragati has experienced tremendous growth, having successfully delivered 12 million square feet of Grade-A warehousing space.

Shefali K Desai

Head of Legal and Compliance

Shefali is a result-driven legal professional with over 21 years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector. Having previously worked with top corporates such as Tata Realty & Infrastructure and IndoSpace Development Management, her expertise in legal and compliance matters is instrumental in ensuring that Pragati adheres to regulations and industry standards while mitigating legal risks. As the Head of Legal and Compliance, Shefali plays a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s reputation and interests.

Ranganathan Jagannathan

Chief Commercial Office Business Development, Leasing & Asset Management

With over two decades of expertise, Ranganathan is a specialist in identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and maximizing returns on assets for sustained growth. With previous experience in leading companies such as Reliance Industries and GMR Group, he brings valuable expertise to Pragati. As the CCO, he is responsible for business development, leasing, and asset management, playing a vital role in driving Pragati’s growth and success.

Chandraveer Singh

Chief Financial Officer

An accomplished financial manager with extensive experience in financial management, Chandraveer has previously worked with organizations such as KSH Group, APM Terminals, and Shreyas Relay Systems, gaining valuable expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. He plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health and stability of the company. He drives strategic decision-making and supports the company’s growth objectives through his financial expertise.

With his sharp business acumen in real estate investments and board-level investment management, Maneesh brings unparalleled value to Pragati. Having previously worked with top companies such as ASK Property, Knight Frank, and Cushman & Wakefield, he has gained valuable experience in feasibility studies, market research, and valuation. He is renowned for his ability to identify and execute lucrative investment opportunities, ensuring that Pragati remains competitive and financially strong.
