Pragati established in 2010
Pragati started its journey with our first project for current DHL-owned Blue Dart spanning 1,00,000 Sq ft. This project was one of the first Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouse in the national capital region. Following with other spaces developed for Cadbury.
Proceeding through to 2014 gaining expertise
The proceeding years saw Pragati gain a strong foothold in the Warehouse Development Industry of India. Pragati has since built an experienced team of professionals with an excellent attrition for catering to the turnkey development of a warehouse. Rendering our services to develop logistics parks for clientele like Flipkart, Myntra, HSWC & Stellar.
Successful JV with Morgan Stanley
In the following years, Pragati saw through the completion of multiple projects for many clients. This led to an interest from Morgan Stanley to join up with Pragati for an independent project in Delhi NCR, thereby developing Pragati One Logistics Park located at the junction of NH-48 and NH-71.
Completion of 6 Mn Sq. Ft.
By 2020 Pragati completed and delivered 6 Million Sq. Ft. for multiple clients (Amazon, Flipkart, DHL, Stellar, Cadbury, Allcargo Logistics, Ecom Express). Expanding our vision across the different tiers of cities, we enabled targets to commence development in Tier II and Tier III cities.
Providing turnkey solutions to MNCs
2014-2019 saw us create effective relationships with clients like Ecom Express, developing Ecom Express, Bilaspur, a 5,00,000 Sq Ft. warehouse as a turnkey solution (Land Acquisition, Leasing, Compliance & Construction). Adding to the success, we also developed 1.2 Million Sq. Ft. largest fulfilment centre for Amazon in India on NH-48 and a sorting centre in Manesar.
Progressing with acquired capabilities
Added an additional 3 Million Sq. Ft. to the rapidly growing warehousing industry of India by the end of Q2 2022 with Pragati Farrukhnagar and Pragati Ludhiana Logistics Parks’. Pragati has thus acquired the capability of delivering over 5 Million Sq. Ft. Turnkey Development within the timeline of one year and setting an eventual target of delivering 20 Million Sq. Ft. by the end of 2025.
Lt Col Jitender Yadav
Lt Col Jitender Yadav, a former Indian Army officer, possesses exceptional knowledge and expertise in various fields, including business development, investor relation management, land evaluation, consolidation, compliance, and leasing. Following his voluntary retirement from the army in 2010, he embarked on a new journey in the warehouse development industry. Under his leadership, Pragati has experienced tremendous growth and has successfully delivered 12 million square feet of Grade-A warehousing space.
Colonel Yadav has received multiple awards for his exceptional achievements and contributions, including the ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ award. He was also recognized with the ‘Indian Achievers Forum’ award, which honors innovative minds that have contributed to India’s betterment, growth, and development.
