His expertise lies in M&A Advisory, Private Equity/ Venture Capital Fund Raising, Debt Syndication for new and running projects, and leading the Audit, accounting, taxation, and internal control verticals.

Prior to Pragati, he was CEO of KSH Infra. He has also headed the finance departments in companies such as APM Terminals, Shreyas Relay Systems, and Kaizen Machine Works Pvt. Ltd.

Ranganathan Jagannathan
Chief Commercial Officer- Business Development & Asset Management
With over two decades of expertise, Ranganathan is a specialist in identifying new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and maximizing returns on assets for sustained growth. Previously, he spearheaded the marketing and business development of Reliance MET and has earlier worked with marquee companies such as GMR Group and Global Data.

Shefali K. Desai
Head of Legal
Shefali has over 22 years of experience in the legal field, in the areas of real estate, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial transactions, private equity (PE), commercial contracts, corporate and securities laws, disputes, and intellectual property laws.

She has held senior positions at Tata Realty & Infrastructure and IndoSpace, where she was a core team member for land acquisitions in Gurgaon and Navi Mumbai and leasing in Maharashtra, Chennai and Bangalore. Her responsibilities included due diligence, leasing documentation, and vetting of various business documents such as non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), marketing agreements, etc. She has been awarded for her contributions to these organizations.

Shefali has received her law degree from Government Law College, Mumbai, specializing in Real Estates. During her practice, she has appeared with counsels in reported cases.

Col Jose Madathil John
Business Head - Bengaluru
Colonel Jose Madathil John has expertise in acquisition, leasing, and asset management. Prior to joining Pragati, he served for three decades in the Indian Army, where he honed his skills in operations management and logistics management.He also holds an MBA in HR and Masters in Hospital Administration.

Vinodh is a seasoned professional with 12 years of experience in leasing and stakeholder management.

Prior to joining Pragati, he worked in leasing at IndoSpace and also served as a management consultant for TN Guidance, specializing in investment promotion strategy and advisory at PwC.

Sudhakar Chauhan

Sudhakar brings his project management skills of handling and delivering complex real estate projects. His forte lies in monitoring project growth, cost estimation and budgetary control.

Prior to Pragati, he was the head of construction with All Cargo Logistics Limited. He managed the construction of 100 acres of modern industrial warehouse projects for Flipkart, ACCI, Crown etc.

Ranjit is a seasoned professional with 23 years of experience in industrial and warehousing leasing, commercial leasing and sales, retail leasing, corporate office space portfolio management, and residential sales across India. He is highly skilled in ramping up projects with competent cross-functional abilities, ensuring timely delivery and efficient execution of tasks.

In his last company, Adani Logistics Ltd, Ranjit was responsible for strategizing and overseeing the marketing and leasing of industrial and logistics parks across western, southern, and central India.

Ranjit's expertise lies in the conceptualization and meticulous planning of projects, and he has a proven track record of bringing these visions to successful fruition through impeccable execution.

Throughout his career, Ranjit has been associated with marquee brands such as Adani, IndoSpace, Accenture, ICICI, and Tata.
