Pragati One is a logistics park which is Pragati’s own project financed in a joint venture with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing, with an area of 7,50,000 Sq. Ft. comprising 3 boxes for two tenants, Flipkart & Bosch. Pragati commenced the development of this project near Dharuhera.
The project is situated at a prime location as it has a 400 m connectivity to NH-48 & 150 m connectivity to NH-71 (right at the junction where both the highways merge).
